Hi, as winter started, anytime it's below 0° i am unable to start the engine, i just hear "click" sound from the starter and it doesn't start spinning. So far I've replaced battery, new starter motor (bosch for new bosch) and went to the dealership for a new software upload. Nothing helped. When i called assistance they loaded diagnostics and this is what came up (shown on image). As of now it's still freezing and I am unable to even move the car.

I've found recall in us about faulty starters but car was made in austria graz and new starter is also EU made. Any ideas anyone?
