Wheels and Tyres are OE sizes...
8x20 et26
9x20 et38
245/35/20
275/30/20
Fronts have a 10mm spacer (making the wheels et16)
Rears have a 15mm spacer (making the wheels et23)

They can throw off your suspension geometry, particularly where your control arms are concerned. Bump steer and increased body roll are common maladies.

Lowering another cm is probably ok if you value proper handling, but I would be cautious going lower. The M5 sits about a cm lower, but it also has a number of different components on the front end, so very difficult to say unless you know geo specs of the stock setup, and what the tolerances are with regard to the roll center.

I have never driven a casually lowered car that drove better than a stock sport suspension. There are usually multiple components that need to be changed in order to see a real improvement, holistically speaking.

That said, many are just after a certain look.
