I'm looking for instructions to replace the rear outer tail light on my 520d touring 2018.

I am aware there are three bolts to remove and assume the inner trim of the boot has to be removed to gain access to them, but I don't want to break the trim panels without seeing how they clip in?

Any help appreciated.

Hi! I am new on the forum. I also need to remove the Outer lightunits from my g31. I found the 3 bolts but cannot reach the connectors to be able to remove the unit. Probably some lining in the trunk must be out to reach the connector. Have you been succesful yet and able to share a tutorial or video? Keen to hear from you! KR

Hi. I did the g31 lci rear light retrofit. I didnt find help either..
I made a black circle around the plastic which covers the screws on the inside.
I removed the plastics down on the middle too because of the wiring i cant clearly remember if its needed to just take the light out but most likely yes. I also had to remove the one with red on the inside but u’ll see whats needed to be removed to reach the screws.
Its easy rly just a few screws. On the sides there are some tricky patents that can be a little problematic for the first time. Pm me if its still actual.

Wow these documents look they are from BMW for the G31.

Do you have manuals for Ad-blue (DEF) tank removal?

Or the manual for locating the TPMS receiver module on 520d G31?
