As one can probably see, Dark Graphite Metallic is nothing new to me. My prior 5 Series, an F10 (I think that’s the designation) is in the same color.

2023 G30 540i
I love the shadow line package and how it contrasts so well with the dark graphite metallic. I debadged the 540i lettering to keep it clean and free from any non-dark badging. My last bmw was 20+ years ago (‘00 E39 540i in barritz blue)

Reviving this thread, going to be making a lot of changes to my baby so want to document it! My 2019 Non M Sport 540i, currently on MHD Stage 2+ e40.

Just got some new shoes for Christmas!

Aodhan AFF2 20x9 +30 for fronts 20x10.5 +35 for rears paired with Continental DWS06+ 255/35/20 for the fronts and 285/30/20 for the rears.

Next planned upgrade is tint the front windows, chrome delete, minor interior upgrades, XHP trans tune and either headlights or tail lights! Haven't decided yet! Eventually going for the pre-lci M5 front bumper and msport rear bumper!

My first BMW, so I made it a good one. 2023 M550i in DGM. Just 6600 miles on this girl. Once winter goes away, I will give it a proper paint correction and full detail. I will be adding some carbon fiber aero bits and a nice set of wheels and tires as well. Let the modding begin...

Had the car detailed at Topaz and was very pleased with the result.
Literally looked better than when it was picked up from new 2 years ago.

Quick teaser pics. I will take some good photos when it stops raining and I have a chance to detail the car. Took my time researching the sizes and offsets I wanted to achieve a relatively flush fit. I also wanted to make sure the front-to-rear flushness was about the same. I am happy with the results. I had these same wheels on my previous dark gray Genesis G70 3.3T AWD, but I had them made in a brushed gray finish with black spokes. They looked good, but were difficult to keep clean. They also really made the car look darker than it was. This time, I had them made in a hand-brushed finish and gloss clear powder coat.
