Unless you open up your headlights, nothing will give what you are really looking for.

Personally, I would stay away from all of the HID kits out there as they will turn your rings yellow day by day.

The simplest solution, go on eBay and search "H8 20W CREE LED" and just pick one that suits you the most. At the end I really think it's all the same stuff. You basically pay %200-300 mark-up for the name

Here's my car with some LEDs from eBay.

I'm wondering... is there a bulb we can buy (for my 08' M3 for exemple) that would just produce a white angel eye, instead of having to install kits with ballasts and wiring...?

Might sound noob but I've seen some conflicting info out there... kinda lost??

Yes, lux. No wiring, just plug it in. It is easier if you ask someone with tiny hands to help you install them though...

LUX has a power source that fits inside the headlight compartment. the plug, however, is the same as the OEM plug and no wiring or anything is required. Here's a picture (this happens to be the amber colored LUX bulb).

The lux website states, with respect to the power supply, "The LUX H8 V3 uses a unique power supply that is over 98% efficiency and does not need a heat sink for cooling since it produces no heat."

This was one of the "stock" image choices for e90post long ago - not sure if it still is because I don't see it much. I would love to know where it originally came from! Feel free to do some google research for us
