Reviving an old thread - if I have already done the resonator delete, should I just save some dough and get the axle back portion only? I don’t care much about adding 8 hp or whatever. I just want the better sound. Does the X pipe have a lot to do with the sound, outside of removing the resonators?

Obviously both approaches delete the resonators. It will sound a little different than mine but it will sound good. The “X” or crossing of the pipes whether Dinan or shop made impacts the tone of the sound. As mentioned, do some homework on drone with putting the axle back on a standard resonator delete.
