Dang, this new 5er is probably the best looking yet IMO.

I specced mine on the German BMW site and the car, a 540i M Sport costs 100K Euros!!

I tried to make it sporty yet classy at the same time... It's in Mediterranblau metallic, 20 inch BMW Individual LMR V-Speiche 759 wheels, Mokka nappa leather interior and grey poplar wood. it has most of the bells and whistles including B&W surround sound system...

Trying to get over those huge surrounds on the kidneys. I assume they look better in person? They are just so unphotogenic and I'm optimistic that they do look better IRL otherwise I'm not sure why BMW went in that direction

i wonder what the take up of IAS will be? it was an option on the F10 but I bet it's a rare option.

The car looks good and very nice, but let's be honest if we take a closer look there is almost none of the difference from the 5 series F10 model expect the head lights, everything else is almost the same from the exterior point, which is very sad

I love the color combo for these test cars. White with black wheels would be my pick. The only thing I'd change is getting black kidneys as well since the chrome surrounds look out of place with all the other black accents around the car.

Not feeling it. I was expecting more. Audi and Mercedes have done a much better job on the design front. I look at this white one and yes it looks slightly better than the outgoing model (F10) but i'm expecting more from BMW.
it will probably still be a big success as i'm sure it will drive fantastic but for me it's not clicking...

The design is just a minor variation from the current generation. I like the changes and details. I hope the car drives better and will definitely give it a try when it arrives at dealerships. I had a 14 535 Msport. I hope the new car feels lighter and more dynamic.

However, the car's technology is a disappointment. It appears driver assist tech is not even up to par compared to MB and so far behind Tesla that I doubt it ll reach Tesla's current level by the end of the G30 generation... As automation marches forward, BMW is being left behind.
