Well this is now on my thought list! Something knew to over analyze about the car!

I think it would look good against my beige interior. But the burl walnut looks great too. I don't know why they removed it. Personally, I like the burl better than the fine line wood trim.

Will you be removing the trim before wrapping it?

I’ve wrapped interior trim before but the g30 interior trim looks impossible to wrap without disassembling everything.

Hi, I'm going to wrap it in film in a few days. I found some not very good quality vinyl at home, took the interior apart (it's not difficult at all, and there's nothing to break there) and it turned out pretty good, I like the result, but I don't like the film, but I checked that everything can be done by hand. When the film arrives, I'll make a post about it.

Looks pretty good. I'm curious how OPs trim held up over time.

Are you doing the front and rear door panels as well?

What can i say, it's not hard, but i had to start over in a couple of parts. It's hard to overcome the fear of a blade in a car's interior) but now the car looks much better and younger. i'll take a couple more photos in the light, also the film completely copies the carbon from the new M. And if someone is going to do carbon, then keep in mind that in the original M it goes from right to left, as in the photo, don't forget to hit the joints on the middle console.

Three rolls of film 135x30cm cost me $25 with delivery. This is clearly more profitable than anything on the market, even China.

Nice work. That looks great. With that interior, a red push button could be a nice addition.

Did you remove all the trim like this main dash piece or install the wrap with the other trim pieces on the doors? I had the lighter aluminum rhombical OEM trim on my prior G30 and would prefer the darker aluminum rhombical on my current G30 to cover the open pore wood trim. It’s ok but prefer something other than wood or CF trim.
