your car is EVO ID5 and needs a patch installed to update the maps. it can be done by ENET cable ( feature installer) or by USB stick. since your sw level is old, the carplay won t be fullscreen and you need a sw upgrade of the nav unit before you patch it.

i can help you remorely with everything if you have the ENET cable and windows computer

Good morning, I recently tried to update the maps of an NBTevo, maps from 2016 to 2024 Europa west.

It turns out that everything went well during the installation, but now sometimes the maps don't start, they stay in the start menu.

Has anyone experienced the same problem?

Any solution?

Try installing older 2023 version and then reinstalling 2024 version.

sound like hdd issue. it won t help you if you downgrade. you can try though

i tried to downgrade the maps but i doesn´t install them.

i would like to change my hdd, i had in home a brand new kingston SSD 240gb.

Exists any kind of tutorial to do the process?
