I was looking at the Ultimate Care thing also, the plus option basically gets you break replacement. Which if you ride them hard is probably okay. I'd be interested hearing from others who have done the homework and bought it.

Yup, it went back to in transit status. Hopefully tomorrow or Saturday it should be at the dealership. It's only about 6 hrs away. So let's hope she arrives tomorrow.

Pretty cool, my dealer is less than an hour away. I keep refreshing to see if the status changed yet. Still stuck at the port.

If you going with BMW financing then you may wanna make sure you get better interest rate because they offer these packages to lower your interest rate but the package will cost you about $2800 it covers brakes pads and rotors ,battery,wipers if it's gets you a better interest rate then but don't get any extended warranties those are rip off and also don't oil change plans because they only do oil every 10k miles it's just a waste but if you have your own financing then don't get any plans from them you can find better elsewhere congratulations everyone whoever waiting for their new car I know it's hard waiting for I just got mine last week finally good luck everyone.

This is good to know, I will not be using their financing. Also at an oil change every 10k up to 36k, it works out to 3 oil changes for $199? Not a bad price point. I have a trusted service shop that does all the work for my German cars, thinking maybe a hybrid approach. Do every other oil change at the dealer and rest at my guy.

I've seen my ship got to the port last night at 3am. The MyBMW site is down though. My guess is I won't get any update till it clears customs and VPC though. Hoping for a pick up next week before Thanksgiving shuts things down for 2 days plus a weekend.

That's pretty awesome! Mine is looking like a Monday delivery hopefully. The estimate from dealer is 11/20, which is tomorrow on Sunday and they're closed. Car still showing At Port, I'm keeping my fingers crossed status flips later today or tomorrow.

Getting a little concerned about possibility of a hold up at the VPC due to missing parts or damage. Not quite out of the woods yet!

Mine just flipped to At the Dealership, I think I just missed the "In Transit" stage since it was pretty short. So it looks like a Monday pickup for me!

Now I'm super jelly, so close to the finish line... will have to wait till Monday. Which I will be selling my Audi and then picking up the car.

Thanks man!! She is smooth. I drove her a little bit today. Going to tinker with her tomorrow and figure out all the bells and whistles. Love the ambient lighting feature. It's going to be tough trying not to push her for a bit.

Mine got to the port, through customs, and VPC in a single day (last Friday), but dealership says it hasn't been assigned to a transport yet to get to them. So she is just waiting to be picked up. Curious how long that can take.
