Been a long time lurker of the forums.

Took delivery of mine about 7 weeks ago (upgraded from an LCI F10) and couldn't be happier.

Honestly, my initial impression of the G30 when launched left me feeling a tad underwhelmed with the design changes (gen-to-gen). Having now owned one for the last 7 weeks, I must say that the differences in terms of refinement (NVH, sound insulation) and the improvements in cabin (main display screen resolution) are definitely noticeable and well worth the upgrade. Bluestone is definitely a great colour.

Took this after filling up at the local petrol station and couldn't help admire (my own car)

Love it, looks great. Loving the black grills, splitter etc, very nice indeed... reminds me I must get some pics of mine online. Great photo!

This is the best looking g30 i've ever seen. Definately want to do the same to mine (which is not far off). More pictures please? Where did you get the front splitter & side skirt from?

Honestly, I've been drooling about your posts detailing your customised 759 wheels and detailing (the "BMW Individual" lettering) - that's seriously next-level type of stuff. I've never considered customising rims before, but your post has really got me thinking - Please get more pics up.

Lol - I think i got lucky and found a good angle for taking the photo. The wider stance of and design cues of the G30 makes it seem more 'planted' than the previous gen. (imo)I dare say that pretty much all of our G30's are pretty darn good looking cars. Detailing and customisations are a very personal thing in terms of preferences.

As for the front splitter/side skirts, I bought them from a firm here in Singapore that specialise in them.

Yes those are some really good shots!

Good news about the 759i wheels - the Individual detailing comes standard on those wheels. It is super next level stuff. I love finding the spoke on mine. You have to really know what to look for to see it, but once you notice it, it puts a smile on your face.

No problem, The forecourt lighting makes the paint pop!
Will definitely get some more pics done and put up on here soon. The ‘individual ‘ lettering on the standard wheel is more grey, as mentioned because I wanted to tint the lacquer plus switching the bi colour to BMW comp black, I thought the lettering would look better in black, which it does. The photos of these wheels really don’t do them justice. From some angles they look black but as you look you start to see the edges appear. Really make such a different. And with the reduced chrome edges on the wheels and car it looks more masculine and less executive which was my main goal. I’ll get on it and get some pics done.

Wow a lot of thought and work into these wheels and the results really show. Fantastic job! They were already individual wheels and now even more so!

I love this thread. It helped me finalize my color choice for my 2021 M550i custom build order which I placed in early June.

After leasing 4 Audi A6s and 2 Audi S6s (my current car is a 2017 S6), I am looking forward to a BMW driving experience.

I took a 2020 M550i for a test drive earlier this year. I was very impressed with the performance and engine power. Thankfully, I didn't like the Rhodonite Silver color of the car I drove, otherwise, I would have bought it. A benefit of the Wuhan virus shutdown was that my order was delayed months as the factory was not accepting new orders. The order then turned into the 2021 M550i which was accepted.

My new car is on the production schedule and should be delivered mid-August. Exciting!
