Carplay disappeared when closing trunk

Iphone connected to NBTEVO well even with trunk open, but when I close the trunk, the carplay menu will disappear from ecran. I need to reset the nbt to re-get carplay ******ion. Anyone met same issue? Thanks for your help! Car: ECE MY2017 G30
