the trailer is creepy and chilling AF and the comments from viewers seem to confirm.
I may wait fire one of you guys to watch and report back...

I watched "The Alpinist". If you liked Free Solo, you will enjoy The Alpinist. If not, forget it....

This should be good. A24 always has the best trailers and some really good and different horror movies, plus Jessie Buckley is a fantastic actress.

The Ladykillers. This was the last of the Ealing comedies about a hapless gang of robbers.

Good one, Rick.

There's a remake of this, but there's nothing like the original.

PS - this came out the year I was born.

That was a good year I'm sure, Esteban.
I've seen the trailer of the later one with Tom Hanks and the gang is robbing a showboat, looks a real laugh.

I had never heard about this movie. Rented it tonight on prime. It was odd but good. Lot of truth to it as well, sadly.

In keeping with this same genre, and 'con'sidering the times we now find ourselves in, here's a quick reminder to rewatch - or perhaps watch for the first time - the movie - "V For Vendetta". H0llyweird has a way of revealing truth to the masses via the cinema, as this is a big part of the way their mku predictive programming majik works. First released in 2005, and well before the public awareness of Zoom meetings, lockdowns, tyranny, Dictators and certain medical therapies designed to combat alpha-numeric maladies ... In fact, there is so much thematic truth revealed in this one single movie it makes movies such as "They Live" and "The Matrix" seem like just the warm-up! Most of these same themes, and many more sensitive ones I didn't include, as well as many, many more are displayed writ large within the movie...

Yup, saw it before, really good thriller, not a generic run-of-the-mill.

Saw Moonfall. OK... sorta, I am a sucker for these types of movies. It was soulless and half an hr too long but watchable.

Haha, no kidding. We are (overly?) cautious like that, but it's kinda true, who knows what weird setups are at someone's home vs a reputable chain? Ofc anything can happen but talking about %ages. Wife won't even go to unknown hotels, only name ones haha.

So what'd you think? The trailer looks good.

I'll have to wait on this 'cause right now my On Demand wants $19.99 to watch and I'm not paying that. Will be cheaper in a little while. I'm a patient guy. lol

I agree. It was decent. Slow paced, but not bad.
