it looks like a 40Amp draw for the XD400/4 https://www.jlaudio.com/products/xd4...plifiers-98602 and 50amp draw for the RD500/1 https://www.jlaudio.com/products/xd4...plifiers-98602 should be ok? |

The fuses are all about peak draw, which the amplifier only needs for a few milliseconds at a time. Continuous power is typically <10 watts and the stock alternator is fine for that. I've never had an issue installing amps into any car I've owned.
