530e - Windcreen washer bottle

Hello all, first post here so please go easy! (Great forum here btw).

I've a 2018 530e and I need to get to the washer bottle as it sounds like it's all gummed up. I stripped out the front wheel arch but could not see the bottle. Also when pulling out the plastic covers in the engine bay from top it looks like the washer bottle is buried behind the front right wing/fender!

Do I really need to pull off the wing/fender to get at the washer bottle? Anyone done this to date?

thanks again
Cathal

I've no update on this -- I took the lazy way out and the car is off to dealership next week.

To me it looks like the wing/fender needs to come off!

Last update :: yes the wing (fender) needs to come off to replace waster bottle/motor.

Euro370 at dealership for job. Ouch.

No one said it before, time for me to say thanks for your updates.
Hopefully I don't need to do that, but I saved the PDF, if I need it, in the faaar future.

If still gummed
Try this to see if it frees it up

Remove the pipe going to jets and suck and blow as hard as you can

See how that goes
