X5M Residuals and MF for April

Confirming MF w my dealer this week since i'm in process of buying, but yesterday he gave me 60% 12K residual.

interested in what others are seeing on the MF. Will post when i hear back...

I was quoted 61%, 10K, 36 months. Rebates ended in March.

dumb question...but i know MF can be reduced with MSD lease and security payments, but is MF negotiable just like MSRP or is it always fixed no matter what?

I would think it only becomes negotiable when they overcharge you MF, but then I would ask why would you buy from that dealer u less you have no choice. To mark up MF is blatantly lying in my opinion. I would guess you are better off just negotiating more off msrp to lower cap cost.

Getting ready to pull the trigger I was quoted .00126 w 7 MSD, is that correct?

Also told the mark up on these is around 7% and was offered that off. How do you know the true dealer invoice?

Should be .00086 - they are quoting you .00175. Tough to say what true dealer cost is, they get many incentives to move cars. From what I read here, 8% is a good deal. Others have done better, others worse.

7 MSDs would drop your MF .00049, which would actually be a 1.176% drop in lease financing.

Anyone know if the lease figures changed for May it was .00135 MF and 60% and 61% residual in April?

looks horrible on the bmwusa site, building my x5m out and it now costs between 80-150 more a month ... the numbers were pretty close to what my CA told me. i should have pulled the trigger last month. sigh.

that raises my monthly and the difference is about 4% more over the course of the lease.

So if I hear you correctly .... 36mo/15k/year = 57% @ 0.000138 ... ugh ... just spent another $1300 due to the change

NJ sucks ... only 60 days lock on credit app ... Colorado is 90 days
