I have had great luck with Zimmerman. Lots of sites sell them. Lots of independent mechanics like them, too.

Are you sure the aftermarket brakes have the aluminum hub? I've always been under the impression the aftermarket ones are NOT dual metal.

Zimmerman does have both. Their coat z is the one piece rotor and formula F is the one with the aluminum hub. Brembo also has rotors with aluminum hub as well.

get any 2 pice high carbon disc that you can source locally, i went with genuine BMW ones, Zimmermann, ATE, TRW, Jurid are other solid options i have used on pervious BMWs with no issues

I would stick with Zimmermann or Jurid as OEM replacement. ATE pads are quite hard - although they last long, they do not have the "bite" and in hi speeds may seem a bit sluggish. In Jurid pick up their best line which is OEM quality, forget the cheaper options - not really bad, but not really good either...
