B58 540i cabin smell

Hi,

Two weeks ago, I had all possible car oils changed at the dealership (engine, transmission, front and rear diffs and transfer box).

Now when reversing the car, I smell a strange smell in the cabin which comes through the front vents. Same smell can get into the cabin when car is idling for 5 minutes.

Although the smell isn't very strong, it's still noticeable and has a specific smell. Doesn't smell like a burnt oil, but rather like car emissions.

Any ideas? Interesting that when I am coming out of the car, I can't smell anything and no visible leaks under the bonnet.

Car mileage: 68k or 110k km and is fully stock.

Sounds (smells?) like spillage burning-off.

Could be yes, but interesting is that the smell isn't always there.
