Inner door panel removal

I was able to remove the door panel without any trouble. I was expecting to see the normal foam insulation, but instead found a hard plastic shell behind a fiber insulation. Anyone know how to remove the hard plastic panel to get to the wires in the door handle?

Thanks Dobie Dog. I didn't see anything in that video that will help me. I was able to get the panel off the door. What I need to do is remove the plastic panel in the picture above that is behind the insulation. I removed the 6 screws and loosened all the large white fasteners. That loosened it some but it was still attached in some areas. I was afraid to force it. I need to get to the wiring behind that panel.
