Battery Location at the boot

Have any Bimmers reach out to their Battery at the boot ? Just in case our battery died one day ...
How do You remove the boot bottom panel ? Didn't see any lifting device ?
Appreciate if can post pics . Thanks !

I prized up the boot (trunk) floor covering with a flat screwdriver to have a look underneath when I had a car on extended test drive. There's nothing user related under there, so I guess they don't want us under there poking around...
I didn't get any pictures unfortunately, but it does lift with a bit of persuasion.

Your car may have a smaller aux battery in the back left of the engine compartment (so passenger side), but if not, there is a massive positive battery post on the passenger side of the engine, and a large ground near the passenger side headlight. There shouldn't be any reason to need to deal with the rear compartment for a jump, if one is ever needed.

I'd like to think. One is requiring a new battery yet on their g30s!
My e39 has the original battery for 10 years (and then sold)with no issues and my f10 for 5 years before selling.
