#s for Late 2020 M550i before LCI

I'm targeting to negotiate a lease on an M550i in Jul/Aug/Sep before the 2021 LCI for the best deal.

Currently my MSRP as built is $90,810 including D&H and Lease Acquisition.

I'm hoping the MF is still attractive, and if I have to buy across the US that shipping $ isn't too bad. I'd be utilizing the Corp rebate, approx. $3k - $4.5k using July 2019 historical #s.

Question: Is it doable to get a 10% discount off MSRP + Tax credits (~$35/mo) (I live in TX) during this time, assuming I reach out to a lot of US dealers?

Yeah anything is possible when you cast a wide net. You're bound to find the dealer willing to play ball.

I'm guessing that your current lease runs out in the summer, and you're just getting prepared? Otherwise, you'd be buying it now, right?

My first thought is that most dealers won't waste much time responding to your offer. It's too far away, there's too much turnover and they want that sale NOW not next year.

My second thought is that no one will know what incentives will be available or what the lease factor will be in the second quarter of 2020, so you won't get any quote that will be competitive nor will they commit to it (unless it's at MSRP).

So, my suggestion is to wait.

Definitely not reaching out now, we are trying to buy a 2nd house in the meantime, and as stated I think I can get the best deal in Q2 / Q3 so the timing for me personally works well. I'd start reaching out to dealers in June / July.

I just purchased a 2020 M550. Between the USAA/True Car dealer discount, USAA/BMW incentives and additional BMW incentives I ended up at just shy of 17% off MSRP. The BMW cash expired on 1/2/20 but I imagine it'll be back.

Congratulations!

How does the USAA rebate stack with other BMW rebates?

Thanks!

Here is an example from the dealer showing the dealer/USAA discount and BMW incentives stacked to get to a purchase price.

Thanks Kicktime!

Do you know if the loyalty $2K can stack with the above deal? Also, how hard is it to get the Conquest rebate?

I would assume that the Loyalty and Conquest are either/or. The Conquest cash terms are

CONQUEST ALLOWANCE PROGRAM: THIS ALLOWANCE IS EXTENDED TO CURRENT OWNERS/LESSEES OF COMPETITIVE VEHICLES.

However they define "competitive vehicles".

I don't think BMWFS offers tax credits in Texas outside of December...
