Bought 530e can't access connecteddrive store

Was able to add car to mybmw app but can't go to store to add services. Is it down for Canada only, or all of NA?

I'm driving from Vancouver to Toronto and would like to have RTTI, concierge etc..

Help! (Or comfort haha)

2018 used - store in myBmw app
