I would call that a shallow or compact drop. The old standard drop is >140mm. I really like a compact drop, makes it easier for old guys like me to get to. Which leads to actually using them more often. Will come in handy for the 200 mile ride I'm doing in July.

I can cook but prefer to eat for content. Can of tuna works fine. Quick and easy.

Yes I see..
With my work and workouts I've often lack of time and just go for something in the oven like lasagne bolognese .
But I'll take the time for chicken , fish ect.. to feed the muscles with proteine .
My biggest problem is the work stress...."The hell on earth" !
But I find always time for the girls attention..

BTW...What's about your vacation ?
