Since I totaled my 335i I have not owned a BMW, I'm looking at a 540i now with the sport pkg. What other pkg besides the parking assist pkg has the surround view camaras?
I remember I read back in 2022 that BMW did not install some tech gadgets due to the chip shortage.

I can't help you, but your mention of a chip shortage reminded me of a funny story from over here in Germany:

Porsche actually bought up massive quantities of washing machines in order to pilfer electronics that were in short supply.

I know a guy through my old job who was doing consulting work for them in Stuttgart and he had pics of a sea of washing machines to prove it.

My 2021 LCI has the surround view cameras. Maybe look for that year.

Yes, they got rid of Parking Assist Pro for all trims except M550 and M5. 2021 was the only LCI model year to have it for 530i, 540i, etc.

Other changes they did for 2022 MY and up were:

Removal of Gesture Control.
Removal of touch pad on iDrive controller

Other absences are on a car-by-car basis but look for lumbar support delete for front passenger seat and power tailgate delete.
