Grinding noise from the Wheel

Hi Guys,
Today I noticed a grinding/whistling noise coming from the front right wheel. It seems like something is touching the brake disc, not sure.
Checked the tire and the inside of the wheel, and nothing seems wrong.

Also when backing up and slightly touching the brake I hear a brake whistle coming from the same wheel.

Backing plate for the brake pad is loose, this happened to me a few times. Be thankful it's in the front and easy to take out to see!
