No Sound from speakers... help!

Hello,

all of a sudden my g30 520d hi fi stereo stopped working... the screen works but there is no sound from the speakers. parking sensors, navigation, seat belt warning all don't make any sound.

I know I should just take it to the dealer but I want to see if this is a common problem. Anyone had the same problem?

I'm kind of thinking the amplifier for the speaker is dead... any fuses I should check?

Thanks in advance!

Nope. Not had any issues or heard of anything similar. Hopefully, your dealer will sort it out quickly.

Oh my friend I had this problem once in the past, I had to take my car to dealer, they made some coding and that was the solution, now after 10 months I'm having the same problem, it started today, don't know the reason..... I guess car must go workshop again

Did you try to hard reset the Head Unit (by pressing volume knob for 20sec)?
