I think it's for HOV access for "green" cars. Note that OP's car is the 530e. I may be wrong though.

I've only seen a lot of these stickers on cars in Hawaii

They look good man. Have you had any rubbing issues at all, especially in the front?
And have you felt any noticeable acceleration loss on the low end from the taller tires?

I appreciate the feedback. I'm in NY with some terrible potholes and I'm looking to go with the taller tires for protection and get rid of my run flats. Thanks!
