G30 M550 spacers

Hey guys, I about to get the H&R spring for my car. However I am not changing my stock wheels for the first time ever lol keeping the original once. Wanted to see what the best spacers in the market are and what is the widest MM I can go with to make the stance look the best. I got the 20" 668 M performance wheels.

Thanks guys

I’ve got the same wheels as you and went black H&R spacers 15 front, 20 rear. Seems perfect and made a huge difference to enhance stance. Also, like you, I’m actually keeping my factory issue wheels for once!

put 15s on the back with my 19 inch rims, looks fine. might need 12.5 or 10 for the front, can't tell though.

I have 15s both front and rear with 20" 668M wheels and i don't see anything wrong with them.
Are your wheels OEM or aftermarket with different offsets

OEM wheels...if you look at my pics above, it looks awful. And I'm sure it looks perfect on other people's cars - no idea why mine looks bad but I did the measurement trick with a piece of wood (shoulda done that BEFORE I ordered obviously) and it's definitely 10mm. my bad.

Just posted on your other thread.
You'll need to put the car on the ground and roll it.

15/20 setup is best if you lower the car.
If you don't lower the car, 13/18 or 12/18 is the best setup.

not lowering this car. 15s look perfect on the back. 18s would be too wide on my car using the board against the car measuring method - they would stick out past the fender. 10mm seems to be perfect for the fronts on mine, but i'm also running 19" tires. could be the difference.

finally got 10mms on the front - much better! 15s are on the back, perfect. 18s would be too wide it seems.

We've found that 12mm front and 15mm rear seem to suit the car rather nicely for cars that are interested in lowering / have lowered, we've used 15mm front and 18mm rear. The photos below are the 12/15 setup FWIW:

I did 5's up front and 13's in rear and front is flush with my wheels but rear is going to be going to 18 or 20mm in the next week or so

I did 5's up front and I almost thought they were too much! I think on my M5 I had 12mm up front and looked good but think the xdrive doesn't need that much up front. I put 13mm rears on m550 and need at least 15-18mm for rear, but like I said 5mm up front was enough for me

Hey guys
Is there one brand of spaced better than another ?? Any part numbers needed?
Any tips on install?

Also what’s the final recommendation on space for front and back?

Is 20 too much for back? For the wheel below?

I have m550 with 19 664M wheels

Thanks !!
