2020 540xi $72k msrp, 58% residual, $55k sales price. .00126 MF. 15k miles, 3 years. I am assuming sales tax is 6%, with their fees n all. Monthly is 845. Something don't seem right what m I missing. Any advice b helpful

Residual should be 55% for 15k miles and your MF is marked up - base MF is 0.00086. 6% sales tax is correct for VA.

I assume nothing down on the lease?

According to Leashackr that deal (in the original post) should be $562/month. So they're playing games with something, somewhere.

I'm shocked, absolutely shocked, that a dealer would mislead you like that.

get the lease sheet. payment should be way lower with that much discount.

read some of the faq sections on leasehackr, learn some of the basics of leasing.

I do not think 23 percent off is a real number. If so you can get it, take the Leasehacker sheet listed above in to the dealer and sign that deal if you can.
