creek in the dome light
I have a 2021 530e and the dome light is making some weird creaky noises on cold mornings. Has anybody tried to open it apart the use double sided tape to make it more quiet? Taking it to the dealership is a bit of a pain because they are so booked.

I have something similar…creaking in the roof area—I noticed if I pop the rear of the sunroof open it goes away. Not exactly ideal on a cold morning. I was wondering if lubricating the seals will stop the issue.
I have a 2018 530e. I haven’t tired putting pressure on the dome light to see if the noise goes away. I will next time though… |
