Under the engine where the under carriage covers are located also has a small puddle of blue liquid. Anyone had this happen before?

Recently had an oil change done and my dealer usually sends a video and they stated no coolant or oil leaks.

Fairly sure there are a number of topics on this issue already if you search around. It’s a common issue that I believe most of the time is a leak at the connection on top of the engine.

Could the dealer have topped-off the coolant and spilled a little?

Could also leak from the water pump just above and drip on the engine
