For me MY2020 it downloads them regularly without issue. I'm currently on 2020-4 from OTA updates.

Thanks. I called them a couple months ago and they said a Genius would call me in a couple of weeks because they were busy. Still no call back. I'm planning to take it to the dealer in January.

Have you checked your connecteddrive account?

Make sure your vehicle shows up in your account and the VIN is correct.

Under subscribed services make sure it shows Automatic Map Update and shows a valid subscription.

Scroll down and look for Map Update and inside here you can choose region in US to receive your OTA updates. Be sure to click SAVE.

For Evo (iDrive 6) current NA map is 2020-3.
