Hot enough for me. I can even feel it through gloves.

I thought I had this issue on my old f10. Took it to dealer. Even had them replace my steering wheel. No change with the replacement wheel. They explained that its heat strength depends on the temperature inside the car. (Not verified) that's just what they told me.
I had an Infiniti before that and it would get very hot. That's why I felt it was never getting hot enough. Now I have a G30. And sometimes it gets hotter than other times. When it's very cold inside the car It feels as though it gets very warm and toasty. Hope that helps. |

Car seat massagers I can live without, but after having a car with a heated steering wheel, it would be hard to go back. Unless I lived in San Diego or Florida. Which I see you do.

Heated steering is not that strong, on the other hand heated seat is pretty strong, using it for the first time last weekend with temp hitting -14C

Guess I'm in the minority because I love the heated steering wheel and seat massager. I had heated seats in my Benz and they are a must have. These are better because you can adjust heat to back and seat. No comment on the ventilated seat function since I haven't tried it yet. Understand it isn't strong.
Oh yea I buy my cars new and keep them a LONG time.

I have a heated steering wheel in my M3 and I
only ever used it 2 or 3 times. It does what it's supposed to do. It takes the chill out of the wheel. It's not meant to be a toaster. I'd imagine it will work the same way in my 540.

I love the fact that you can have it come on automatically. Awesome feature. Set it once in I drive and it comes on every time. As do the seat heaters. The G30 is a tech geek's best friend lol
I always wanted massage seats. Now that I have them I am slightly unimpressed with the execution. Am I the only one? |

I find it to be pretty hot. I usually turn it off after 5 minutes. Same with the seats. Starts to get uncomfortable.
It's gets fairly cold here in minuses (centigrade), but unusually preheat the car or keep it in a garage. |

I have two BMWs to compare, M550i and Z4 35is (E89) - steering wheel heating in Z4 is a lot hotter.
——— Same here. Waste of money, it just sucks |

Nothing to compare too but yesterday I had to turn off steering wheel heat because it was too hot. Love it along with seat massage. I use them both all the time. I didn't have a choice about the seats because I got IND Merino leather but am very pleased with all as long as they last without a issue.
