Will 825m wheels fit?

Looking into getting new wheels and think the 825m wheels would look perfect on my 2019 540. Does anyone know if 20 x 10.5 fronts & rears with 12 or 15 mm spacers on the rears to make everything flush with the side of the car would work. I think the bolt pattern is 5 x 112.

Those are much wider and with a lower offset, ET20, than oem 20" G30 wheels.
Front will poke out 42mm more and the rears will poke out 43mm more than oem G30 20" wheels.

Didn't keep them, only test fitted for random data. The car is pretty fitted at the moment w 21’s
