Can't get phone to ring in car
I can't get my Samsung Galaxy S9+ to ring in my 2020 M550 at all. I've tried un-installing & re-installing 3x; I tried calling BMW Genius; I even tried taking it to the dealer. I can make calls fine through Bluetooth. The only way I know I get an incoming call is it shows up in the head-up display.
Anyone have any thoughts? |

Did your time with BMW Genius and the dealer have you go into iDrive TONE settings? Only asking because there’s nothing mentioned as if this has been attempted. Not telling us what has been attempted may have us asking questions or making suggestions of what you’ve already tried. We don’t know what BMW Genius and your dealer told you (unless you tell us).
