Yes, I know, but this is not the same as moving the entire headrest towards your head. I am not trying to lock my head in a "soft vise" here - middle of the pad (where your head actually rests) remains in place. With Sport seats the whole headrest moves forward.

You can practice Ayurveda to treat similar problems. Rubbing painful areas of the back with mahanarayan oil also helps to relieve pain. People with vata and pitta constitutions need to rub the oil easily and on the surface, whereas kapha individuals need a deeper and longer massage. Instead of massage, you can do this procedure. Apply a paste made from ground ginger with water to the painful area and leave it for 10-15 minutes. Then rinse off the paste and rub (or ask someone close to you to do it) a small amount of eucalyptus oil into the skin of your back. Learn more about sle treatment in ayurveda.

Not in a BMW, but I had, what was assumed something serious going on with my left kidney, attrocious pain.
Never related it to driving. After a scan, nothing was found, and the specialist went through a heap of stuff with me. Long story short - A broken spring in the seatback turned out to be the culprit. Probably not the issue here, but worth checking. |
