Car Play iMessage alerts iOS 13

I have an iPhone 11, the latest software to 13.3 seems to have an issue for me with audible text alerts. Has anyone else notice this? It worked fine recently.

Check to see whether you have DND setup when CarPlay links to your car via Bluetooth as this will stop all alerts other than calls...

Yes, I have iOS 13.3

I'm running the 13.1.1 developer beta. I will test this when I get back in town on Friday.

Worked fine before 13.3

Same result Bluetooth and CarPlay. I had this happen during other updates of iOS in other vehicles. IOS13 is just bugs galore still.
