San Fransico Marathon

On July 26th I plan on running a Half-Marathon in San Fransico. I was wondering if anyone is going to be partaking in this awesome event? This will be my 1st Half-marathon ever, so im training as hard as I can. Currently 5'11 240
I plan to be at most 200lbs by run day.

I'm going to tell you an important tip.

Always take a dump before a marathon.

You'll run faster because you'll be lighter and you won't have to waste time in the portable restrooms. Remember, running stimulates bowel movements.
