Hi all

Trying to download the manual from BMW website yet it's not recognizing my VIN that was just issued to me.

Anyone else have this issue?

Same here, my vin is not recognized. I went through the mygarage page on bmwusa In vehicle profile there is a link to the digital manual at the bottom of the page

Thought that takes a while, I got my 2019 vin in no time then I was only able to download a bit later

Yea I just got VIN today so could be a little bit

That URL will still only work about 24 hours after production completes. Before then it will just error out that it doesn't recognize the VIN.

Haha, day before I picked up my 2020, insurance had a problem insuring the car because the vin was invalid in their system. I got one of the first 2020 in US

What did you have to do to get that resolved? My MY2020 530e is likely to face this problem I imagine (at least currently my VIN isn't recognized by insurance so it made getting a price quote for cost planning challenging)

After back and forth on the phone they forced it into their system. Silly.
