Lost USB map updates plus other changes
Checked today that map updates was still working via download manager and received this message and error code VESEL0012 that USB map update service which was booked, is no longer booked . It should expire after 3 years. Car is 2 yrs 3 months.
On further checking found that other connected drive services have been altered too. Anyone else had this? |

The plot thickens. It wasn't fixed by Wednesday. Still not fixed after lengthy email threads with customer services and then connected drive executive.
It goes like this. Please send me the dates you thought you were subscribed to. I send handwritten dates on t&cs at time of purchase. Invalid. What can I send you to prove the dates. You must have a history of data before and after changes We're working on that. So please restore my end dates. Can't do that but I can give you a 6 month extension. Thanks. And the missing usb map updates? Your data was valid ( an email from connected drive which I had kept.) That'll take 6 weeks. Thanks I'll diarise it. And I'm a beta tester for the connected drive app! |
