20 M550 JB4 Map 1 log

Good evening,

Wanting to get some input. I should probably have multiple runs to have better data. This was a WOT 3rd from 2-6k. JB4 map 1 and CTS Intakes.

Can someone with more experience than me provide feedback. I'm pretty familiar with logs but not BMW, I believe there is a considerable difference between my other tuned cars and this. I am seeing some weird data and don't know if that's just normal for BMW.

Send that log to terry at bms. He’ll get back. Map 1 is pretty safe

Head over to the n54 tech forums. Find n63 section and you will see many people posting logs. Terry is very active over there

You'll need the CSV data from the run. That screen shot doesn't say too much.

What I'm seeing is the pedal to the floor to a little over 6k rpm and the computer is taking throttle out along the way? Strange. Don't know what the x axis is supposed to represent. The AF ratio is pretty lean under WOT and Boost (close to 15:1) but I never tuned a direct injected engine...so I'm assuming that's why you can go so lean. This log isn't telling you much without HP, TQ, timing, more granular AF ratio & Boost data....multiple scenarios to compare.
