M Sport wheels same tires?

So I'm getting an xdrive msport with the 662m wheels, which appear to be standard 8J18 at the front 245/45 and 9J18 275/40 at the back. I want to put 4 of the same winter tyres on all 4 wheels 245/45 and in some places I read it's fine, at others they say there is stretching and it's not find, can anyone shed some light on this matter? Thanks!

It’s not fine. The rear wheel is wider and the tire would be stretched. If you want a square set up, I am selling a set of 18x8, so you the can run 245s all around.
