New non run flat tires for M550 recommendation?

Good day everyone! I'm about 9 months into my new M550, and not impressed with the Bridgestone Turanza T005 run flat tires that came with the car. Never ran run flat tires before, so I would like to try to go back to standard tires.

I have the 19" wheels with the staggered setup. Noise and comfort are also important, obviously as well as performance and cornering ability.

I should mention that I'm in Southern California where it rarely rains.

What tires would you recommend and what are you running? Look forward to reading your thoughts!

Michelin PS4S or the new PSS5. General consensus seems to be that this is one of the best, if not the best, all around sports tire you can buy.

I have the same wheel setup on 540iX. My tyres were not fully worn but I was getting unacceptable noise from the tyres/transmission which was really annoying. Tyre shops said the tyres were worn unevenly and they were stepped.
Just changed all tyres to Pirelli Pzero PZ4, non run flat, and had the steering geometry re-adjusted.
Tyre spec is: A gas consumption, B wet handling, 69 dB noise.
Happy to say that the noise has all but disappeared, the ride is noticeably softer and the road holding is great.
So would definitely recommend this Pirelli tyre.
Hope that helps. Ken

El Niño has entered the chat.

But yeah, Michelins.
