Honest opinion about UHP All Season Tires

OK, look. I have a set of staggered custom forged wheels on the way to me, as we speak. At first, I was going to put summer only tires on them but the more I think about it, the less I want to mess with changing them out seasonally but, even more so, I have a small one car garage and I don't know if I have room to store the off-season set.

So, to that point, I want to hear from people that have run either of the below tires in the warmer months, under spirited driving. I mean, like, fun carving canyon type driving, but 90% every day commuting. I'm not interested in opinion of track based driving. Basically, are they good enough to have good fun at, say, Tail of the Dragon without being annoyed by sub-par later traction and squirminess.

Have you checked the reviews at Tire Rack? Their reviews provide a decent cross-section of owners.

Theyre good for comparing between brands/models of tires within a category but I'm kind of looking for opinions about how good/bad they are compared to actual full summer tires. Usually, people aren't comparing all season to summer tires.

My G30 came with Pirelli P7 RFT A/S tires….totally sh!t tires. Replaced them with Michelin PS A/S 3+ non-RFT about 4 years ago…great tires and the newer A/S4 is supposed to be even better. This is the first BMW in 20 years I haven’t used summer max performance and snow tires. Don’t miss the hassle at all but I also don’t need to drive on heavy snow days anymore.
