Always. Be. Modding.

A few more goodies added last night as I continue my build. Painted rear bumper trim gloss black and added two-tone (custom paint) diffuser. Oh, and swapped the generic BMW shifter for an F90 M5 version. (It works fine but D/S seems to be disabled — can't get into sport and manual shifting needs to be "held" in place, not one push. Weird, but maybe needs coding and paddle shifters work.)

Super clean!

What diffuser is that, and how was the fitment out of the box?

eBay special. Fitment not perfect but we made it work. I'm happy with it for the $190 it cost me.

Like the diffuser. Don't understand the shift lever change at all, especially if you lost the sport function of moving the shifter to the left. I use that all the time, and consider it very important for the performance of the car. If the drivelogic buttons of the M5 lever do not work on your M550 to get the sport function, I, personally, could not live with that. YMMV.

I am not a fan of the rear diffuser. Too boxy and overdone in my opinion.

But then again I don't make your car payment so the choice is yours
