2020 M550 on a boat tracking help

Gents I have a heavy optioned m550 on Toledo ( vessel name ) but the vessel location hasn't been updated by any of the sites. Can someone pull exact info/website ?

Toledo is scheduled to dock at Halifax on the 14th then into NY my stop .... I'm getting the m performance wheels and a few other accessories at the port . Any idea by when can I expect the car to be at the dealership ?

Many thanks,
VM

I'm not sure what boat I'm on but i was told my car would be delivered Oct 15-19 in NY area as well if that helps. Have to imagine we were on the same boat.

Go to marinetraffic.com Type in the name of your ship in the search line and it should show on the map, speed, etc.

Should arrive NY 2 days after leaving Halifax. Vessel being out of range at this point during sailing is common.

As far as VPC timing, typically Priority 1 orders move through VPC in 3-10 days. However, if any parts/repairs are needed that can delay things a bit. Believe it or not, every so often cars end up on a boat needing a trim piece or a replacement part. Those parts are shipped separately so the VPC can correct the issue prior to the car being trucked to your dealer.

Considering you're also getting port installed accessories that will add a few days to your cars stay at the VPC. Sometimes it's just an extra day or two other times a week. Only the shadow knows.

And my guess is the port will be handling the iStep upgrade to address the rear view camera recall. Assuming your car needs an upgrade.

Mine's on the Toledo too, docking in HFX on the 14th and then onward to the Toronto area dealer. ETA is the 29th according to the dealer system, but they tell me they've seen cars arrive 5 dealers either side of the posted ETA.

Mine was dropped off at the dealer today. It was delivered via truck as opposed to rail, so itís at least a week early. Still looking to pick it up next month (my choice), but Iím going to have a look at it tonight.

Nice 👍.

Patiently waiting to take ownership. Car is at the port since Saturday. I am hoping Friday is the day.

BMW Customer Service can let you know when the car is estimate to arrive at the dealer and if it has made it through the VPC and etc.

I only had a minor amount of port installed options (floating center caps and weather mats) so my car made it through the port and VPC in 1 day. But every car going through will have its own unique timeline due to options, but also recalls, or transit damage and a host of other things.

You'll have it soon

Just be happy that your not far from the VPC so road time won't be long!
