I managed to figure it out through coding but you need 4 radars front and rear and blind spot assist mirrors and steering wheel with touch. Where are you based ? Thanks |

I want to retrofit the 4 distance bumper sensors for Blind Spot Warning but I'm not able to find some info about the mount process, the position of each sensor and the wiring from them to the central module. Can you help me? Do you have some tutorial or pictures about the process? Thanks! |

The mounting points are already located in both the front bumper and in the rear bumper support section. If you but the radars with out the connector clips you need to buy 4 connector clips from BMW and 60 pin cables if memory serves me correctly. Unfortunately a friend of mine did the wiring as we built a new loom. Thanksn |

I have standard KAFAS used for Lane Keep Assist (steering car bouncing between lines) and Standard Cruise Control, no front radar. I don't understand why lane centering assist (keep car centered in lanes) also requires radar and a different KAFAS when its basically the same as lane keep assist but adjusts the steering wheel more frequently. Did you guys figure out if it's possible to retrofit lane centering without any hardware changes?
Lane Centering Assist is just Lane Keep Assist with more adjustments to keep centered. Lane Follow Assist requires the radar because it needs to detect where the vehicle is in front. I think LKA and LCA combined is possible without radars needed for LFA and ACC. This link shows more https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&sour...j18WYzAS9PeSvJ |
