Rear Seatbelts Locked up, Need Help (FIXED)

When putting the rear deck back in after installing my springs I noticed my seatbelts had locked up. Not sure what to do. I believe I have the electronic seatbelts since they tighten up once you accelerate past 10mph. Was hoping one of you guys had experienced this and knew of a way to unlock them. I have a 2020 540i. Any help

FIXED! Had to disassemble the seatbelt to manually trigger the unlock mechanism.
