Garage List
Zandvoort

One of the best looks at Zandvoort yet!

Should be an interesting race there.

Ha, I'm definitely not going to see F1 there. It's so crowded there. Logistically hell on earth. Even in summertime no parkinglots at night(19:00h) last summer.

My sister in law's ex husband is from Zandvoort.

Nice banking 'Bos Uit/ Luyendijk' bend. A few friends of mine have done their first trackday laps already thursday a week ago.
Last time I did a trackday at Zandvoort was december '15.

Cheers
Robin

Here's a video of Max's run taken from above the air box inlet. Gives you a better idea of what the track looks like from a drivers perspective. Unfortunately I can't figure out how to embed a twitter video here, so you'll have to use the link: https://twitter.com/F1/status/1235257200026759170?s=20

P.S. if anyone know how to directly embed a twitter video, let me know. I tired using their embed option available on the original tweet but it doesn't seem to work.

As a (very little) kid I was there at the last Zandvoort GP in 1985. Lauda won. RIP legend.
I remember the smell of the cars, not so much the sound.

I've been a huge F1 fan ever since but don't intend to visit the Dutch GP. I just hate the former football hooligans orange masses now cheering for Max. What a ridiculous outburst of nationalism.

Narrow, tight, not much run off, hmm. Hope I'm wrong, but it doesn't look promising to me.

If you haven't done so already I suggest you read Lauda's autobiography, you won't want to put the book down 'till the end.
