Electronic parking brake service mode

Hello there,

Anyone here know how to have the parking brake in service mode? Hoping to change out the brake pad.

Brake change

I just finished swapping out the crap power stop pads the previous owner installed and replaced them with OEM. I used BimmerLink and a bluetooth OBDII MX link. VERY IMPORTANT. DO NOT DEACTIVATE THE PARKING BRAKE SERVICE MODE UNTIL THE CALIPERS ARE REINSTALLED!!! I didn't realize that when you deactivate it, the car will run the parking brake until it torques up the pads. Well... I had my calipers hanging by a bungee, consequently the piston was pushed all the way out of the rear calipers. Lesson learned the hard way. 4 hours later I had them all back together and reinstalled, but not fun.
